How do I place an order online?
Ordering online with Soul Jewellery is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, click on the “Add to Shopping Bag” button to place your order. The Shopping Bag will pop up and will show the item you have selected.
Once you have finished shopping, proceed to “Checkout”, follow the directions and complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked to confirm the payment for your purchase.

Can I cancel an order once it has been confirmed?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been confirmed. Please check all details thoroughly before confirming your purchase.
Will I be charged GST/Sales Tax on Soul Jewellery purchases?
All purchases sold for delivery within New Zealand contain GST; any item sold for delivery outside New Zealand will not include GST.
Soul Jewellery is not responsible for any import taxes or duties on items purchased for delivery outside New Zealand. If you live outside New Zealand you need to familiarise yourself with any such local charges applicable to you.
Do you charge any extra fees?
Soul Jewellery does not charge any extra fees or surcharges on any products you purchase, other than GST on New Zealand delivery purchases.
We do not charge for using any credit cards.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes, it is safe to order online through Soul Jewellery. We use industry standard technologies to ensure the safety of any transaction.

Delivery, Returns and Cancellations
Are prices subject to change?
Prices on Soul Jewellery are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the listed price at the time of purchase.
Do you charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery to addresses in New Zealand on orders over $NZ100.00.
All other National orders incur a NZ$6.00 courier charge. Rural delivery within New Zealand incurs a $5.00 surcharge.
For international deliveries, we will contact you with the shipping charge as this is charged by weight and packed volume. As a necklace is larger & heavier than a pair of earrings, we believe this to be the fairest way.

Do you ship to International locations?
Yes, we can ship to any international location.
We send purchases using New Zealand Post Courier Service, international deliveries will be sent using International Economy Courier who deliver to a wide range of destinations, except those with restrictions as detailed in the international mail service announcements on the NZ Post Website.

How long will it take to receive my items?
We endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Delivery times vary depending on the location.
For delivery within New Zealand, we use Courier Post; delivery is expected from 1-3 working days.

We use Air Economy Courier, if delivery is urgent you can request your goods be sent using Air Express, for this service we will quote you the correct delivery fee prior to dispatching your order.
How do I check on the Status of my delivery?
We will send you the tracking number of your parcel. You are then able to track your parcel at any time using this number through Track your Parcel simply follow the instructions there.
How will my order be sent?
Soul Jewellery sends all items, including international delivery, with NZ Courier Post. We endeavour to send all orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. If there is going to be a delay in sending your order, we will contact you directly.
Delivery times vary depending where the item is being delivered to; please check International Delivery Zones to find your location and the delivery target.
Can I return a purchase or make an exchange?
Soul Jewellery will accept change of mind returns for online purchases only (with the exception of earrings and pearl jewellery), within 14 days of delivery and if the product is returned in original condition with original packaging.
Soul Jewellery will accept returns on items purchased online if the product is found to be faulty. A replacement item will then be given, if this is not possible, the purchaser will be given a refund of the purchase price of the piece as well as the cost of returning the product.
Soul Jewellery does not refund Cash, we refund to the Card or Account that was used to make the purchase if no replacement product is available
If you received a Gift with an Exchange Card and you wish to return it for a different selection, please return it with the Gift Exchange Card.
Gift Exchange Cards are not redeemable for cash.

Can I cancel an order once I have placed it?
Once you have placed an order, you cannot cancel it. If you are unhappy with this product please refer to our returns policy.
Can I purchase Gift Vouchers?
Gift Vouchers are available for purchase either online or in-store through contacting Soul Jewellery (03-356-1002).
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for Cash.
Will my Soul Jewellery purchase arrive Gift-Wrapped?
Some Soul Jewellery purchases arrive in a signature gift box, this is complimentary with your item. If you do not wish to receive a Gift Box, please let us know at Checkout.
Can I include a personalized Message with my purchase?
We include a complimentary Gift Card with every purchase. Should you require a message to be included with your Gift, please write it in the Message box at the Checkout, where it will be transcribed and included with your purchase. Please make sure you clearly identify who the gift is from, if it differs from the purchaser details.

What is sterling silver?
Sterling silver is the standard for beautiful high-quality silver jewellery. Silversmithing is an ancient art that dates back to the ancient Egyptians. Throughout history, silver has been valued for its lustre and utility, and was particularly prized by indigenous people in Mexico, Peru, and the American West. Gifts of silver jewellery in many cultures are given as a symbol of trust, truth, excellence, wisdom and love.
Like gold, silver is soft and needs to be alloyed. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver mixed with 7.5% copper to add strength and durability. Soul Jewellery sterling silver is Nickel free.
Soul Jewellery sterling silver jewellery is stamped .925 which means that 925 parts per thousand are pure silver. This is the internationally recognized quality mark which classifies sterling silver as a precious metal.
Is Soul Jewellery hand-made?
Almost all of the Soul Jewellery collection is hand-made and is stated in the Description.
Are the images of the products life size?
Due to differences in monitor size & resolution, Soul Jewellery is not shown actual size. However, we give a full description of size and dimension where relevant in the Product description.
